August Angel of the Month - Princess Piggy!

Our August Angel of the Month is none other than Princess Piggy! Princess Piggy joined Angel City in April 2018 as a rookie. Since then, she has skated at every team level in the league and her hard work earned her a spot on the travel team roster earlier this year. An incredibly agile jammer, Piggy can slip past even the most diligent blocker with her fast footwork to score big on the track.

When she’s not dancing through the pack on her toe stops, Piggy is an enterprising graphic designer; she’s the creative mind behind the layout of Angel City’s brand new website. She’s also designed some of the league’s event posters and instagram posts in the past. During our regular practice season, Piggy also helps coach Angel City’s Junior Derby skaters as they learn new skills and plays.
