Tuesday
7:30pm-9:30pm – Shore Shots & Road Ragers

Note: Scarlets and Queens who are unable to make Thursday practices are permitted to drop in on Tuesdays.

Thursday
7:30pm-9:30pm – Hollywood Scarlets & Rocket Queens

Note: If you would like to drop in on a Thursday practice, please contact Training.

Saturday
9:00am-11:00am – Hollywood Scarlets & Rocket Queens

11:00am-1:00pm — Shore Shots & Road Ragers

Note: Saturday practices have moved to Lincoln Heights!

These time frames include gearing up and gearing down. Please be prepared to exit the venue by the end time!

Please view the Practice Calendar for the exact time, location, and coach of each practice. The calendar will be updated with time slots, weather cancellations, etc.

COVID-19 Safety

Full vaccination against COVID-19 is required to participate in Angel City Derby practices. Please be prepared to show proof of vaccination at your first practice.

In accordance with local and federal mandates, masking is now optional but recommended for ACD practices and games.

Please be prepared to wear a mask in indoor spaces (i.e. bathrooms) if requested by venue staff.

All participants are required to complete the Attendance and Screening Questions form on the day of each practice they attend. Responses on the Attendance Form will be used for contact tracing in the event of a COVID outbreak.
