Payment Information — Members

Dues cover the operating costs of the league and are essential to its existence. Skaters are expected to pay dues for as long as they are an active member, regardless of attendance.*

  • Drop in fee for visiting skaters — $20

  • New Recruits — see below

  • Rookie League Membership — $50 a month

    • New skaters enrolled in our rookies program

    • Individualized training at one eligible practice per week

  • Standard League Membership** — $65 a month

    • Skaters placed on any Angel City team

    • Two eligible practices per week

    • Must hold a league job OR pay a $20 monthly job waiver fee

  • Affiliate League Membership** — $25 a month, plus $15 drop in fee per session skated.

    • Skaters who may only want to play at certain periods of the year

    • Members of multiple leagues who wish to be considered for ACD rosters of any team

    • Two eligible practices per week (drop-in fees apply)

    • Must hold a league job OR pay a $20 monthly job waiver fee

  • Guardian Angel Membership — $90 a month 

    • Standard league membership with an additional tax deductible donation of $25

    • Donation will be pooled to support members experiencing financial hardship

Members must pay a once-annual $20 registration fee to offset operating expenses, including WFTDA membership, annual league insurance policy, and administrative costs including business licenses, taxes, etc. 

How to Pay

Monthly Invoices

If you would like to pay the month in advance, please email Dues to request a monthly invoice.

  • An invoice will be sent on the third-to-last day of each month.

  • Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

  • Payment is due on the 1st.

  • If no payment is received by the 15th of the month, you will be charged the regular drop-in rate.

Drop-In Fee

If you would like to pay the $20 drop-in fee as you go, please send payment via one of the following methods.

  • Zelle: finance@angelcityderby.com

    • Zelle is built into the app for most major banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc.)

  • Venmo: @AngelCityDerby. Please be sure to check the "Turn on for purchases" option (instructions below) so ACD will be charged the seller fee.

    • Enter $20 payment to @AngelCityDerby

    • Press "Pay"

    • Click the button next to "Turn on for purchases" when it pops up. The slider button should turn green.

  • If you have not paid the drop-in fee for each practice you attended by the end of the month, you may be invoiced for the remaining drop-in fees.

Payment Information — New Recruits

Zelle, Cash, Check, or Credit Card

There are no additional taxes or fees required for payments made via Zelle, cash, check, or credit card.

  • Per-session Fee: $20 per session ($160 for all 8 sessions)

  • Program Fee: $125 upfront for all 8 sessions ($35 savings!)

Zelle payments can be made to finance@angelcityderby.com. Zelle is built into most of the major banking apps (Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc.) and has its own app.

Cash and check payments can be handed to your session’s coach or a member of Angel City Derby Leadership.

Credit card payments can be paid via QuickBooks invoice. Please email Dues to request an invoice for the full $125 New Recruits or Rookies program fee.

Venmo

We can also accept payment via Venmo. Pricing is slightly higher for Venmo to cover the seller fees and taxes that businesses are charged to use the platform.

  • Per-session Fee: $22.50 per session ($180 for all 8 sessions)

  • Program Fee: $145 upfront for all 8 sessions ($35 savings!)
