DICE
We Believe in Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement.
Here at Angel City Derby (ACD) we welcome, understand, accept, learn, and value the differences among skaters. “Differences” refers to many entities: social class, gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, level of ability, culture, language, personality, and education.
Bigotry and hatred within ACD is not and will not be tolerated. We pride ourselves in actively working within our league and in our community to promote inclusiveness and respect. We want every skater to feel included and supported on and off the track.
We engage with a variety of community organizations — ranging from other local sports to a variety of non profit programs. We are an organization built by volunteers and members, so we understand the value in having many hands to support the work it takes to keep a community afloat. We try to pay it forward by engaging with the communities we live, work, and play in.

DICE: Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement
Launched in 2017, the DICE Committee is a collaboration of league members that support and advocate for other league members in challenging situations within the league and beyond.
This committee also aims to engage local communities in our endeavors to make roller derby a space for everyone who wants to be part of it. Ask us how you can get involved!
We are here for you. We support you. We value you.
Angel City Derby is member of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). Please go to WFTDA’s Diversity and Inclusion statement to learn more.
